This new trail shoe from Skechers is built for speed. The GOrun Speed TRL Hyper features the brand’s highly responsive Hyper Burst cushioning, a durable Goodyear rubber traction outsole, and an injected nylon forefoot plate which provides impact protection and increased torsional stability. It is also designed to promote energy return. MSRP $135.

Saucony / Canyon TR

Offering a smooth ride from road to trail and back again, the Canyon TR is a crossover style with dirt-friendly traction that still rides smooth on the road. It has low-profile lugs, PWRRUN cushioning for soft responsiveness and an engineered mesh upper reinforced with a thin, flexible 3D-printed film for protection and durability. MSRP $120.

Altra / Superior 4.5

Designed to be an adventurous, trail-ready speedseeker, the Superior 4.5 is both lightweight and loaded with a MaxTrac sticky rubber outsole. This update has a sleeker, rounded heel and an improved upper that’s more locked in and durable than its predecessor. It also boasts improved breathability and drainage. MSRP $110.

361 / TAROKO 2

This hybrid trail running shoe from 361 Degrees combines style and performance and is designed for on- and off-road adventures. The shoe has a sturdy mesh upper and features 361’s MORPHIT Heel Lock, a pull-cord heel design that keeps the rearfoot secure. It also has a durable rubber outsole with articulated flex zones in the forefoot for better grip off-road and a rubber heel crash pad for durability and shock dispersion. MSRP $120.

For runners who want to feel protected while trail running, the Cascadia 15 offers soft, stable cushioning on any terrain. It has a new engineered monoloop mesh upper that combines with 3D Fit Print to increase breathability and improve drainage.
